1. The service
The Access Key is an accessibility concierge service provided by Staykeasy SRL. We help travelers verify the accessibility of hotels, transfers and experiences in Italy.
2. Accuracy of information
Accessibility information published on this site is verified to the best of our ability but is provided "as is". Conditions on the ground can change. Always confirm critical details before booking.
3. User submissions
When you submit information about an accessible place, you confirm that the information is accurate to your knowledge and that you have the right to share any photos uploaded. We may review, edit, anonymize or remove submissions before publication.
4. Bookings and payments
Payments for concierge, verification or transfer services are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe). The terms of those providers also apply to the transaction.
5. Limitation of liability
Staykeasy SRL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or third-party services referenced on it, to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules apply.
